About these terms
These draft terms describe the proposed rules for using Launch Axis. The contracting legal entity, registered address, effective date, governing law, and dispute process must be completed before these terms are adopted. This draft is provided for review and does not replace an existing agreement with your organization.
Accounts and organization access
Use accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Use Launch Axis only if you can lawfully enter into the applicable service agreement, or have your organization's authorization. An account does not automatically grant access to an organization. Membership, role approval, company participation, and permission to view private materials are separate and may be changed or revoked by authorized people.
Your content
You retain your rights in the information and materials you provide. You must have permission to upload and share them. You authorize the service to store, display, and otherwise handle that content only as needed to provide the features you choose, subject to the applicable privacy notice and organization agreement. Do not upload another person's confidential information without authority.
Confidentiality and sharing
Respect other users' confidential information and use it only for the purpose for which access was granted. Do not redistribute private documents or conversations without permission. Publishing a startup summary, joining a company team, requesting a service, and granting access to a document are different actions; none should be treated as blanket permission to disclose other materials.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, infringement, or unauthorized access. Do not interfere with the service, evade access controls, distribute malicious files, or attempt to retrieve another organization's private records. Report suspected account misuse through the support contact once published.
AI and business information
Where available and chosen, automated features may produce incomplete or inaccurate information. Review outputs before using them. A preliminary assessment is not verified readiness, and an introduction or listing is not a funding commitment. Launch Axis does not promise investment, business outcomes, or professional legal, tax, financial, or other regulated advice. Obtain appropriate professional advice for decisions that require it.
Service availability and third parties
Features depend on configuration, permissions, and availability. A disabled integration or pending request does not mean a service has been delivered. Third-party providers may have separate terms; review them before entering into a service arrangement. Final terms must identify the contracting responsibilities for marketplace and advisory services.
Fees and payment
Any applicable price, billing period, taxes, cancellation rules, refunds, and payment authorization must be provided in a separate accepted order or subscription agreement. These draft terms authorize no charge. An invoice or subscription record alone is not proof of payment.
Ending access and changes
You may stop using the service. An organization may withdraw access within its authority, and access may be suspended to address misuse or security concerns. The final agreement must state notice requirements, account-closure procedures, data export and deletion arrangements, and how material changes to these terms will be communicated.

Before adoption, confirm the legal entity and contact details; eligibility rules; service responsibilities; governing law and dispute resolution; warranties and liability terms; subscription and cancellation terms; and any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing in this draft is intended to remove mandatory legal rights.
